What this thread actually is

Despite the title, this became a long Ariadne product-engineering thread: recovering a corrupt project zip, AWS SSO device flow, forensic analysis of four Hyperagent reference screencasts into a measured chat-UI design spec, published HTML report, multi-model judge panels (Sonnet then Opus), and a review-hardened v3 spec. Early turns do open with a brief consciousness/identity exchange ("are you alive?").
