Live ro-companies-scraper: 517 seeded, 504 VAT-enriched, 206 with financials, 1051 bilant rows. Scaling helpers for ONRC bulk ready but data.gov.ro firewall-blocked. Company-universe engine behind target selection.
What was done
- Ran live ANAF VAT + bilant enrichment
- Wrote download_onrc.py and build_cui_baseline.py helpers
- Documented firewall and WAF risks
